Magazine and Website
The Society magazine Food & Wine is received by members quarterly and is also available to the whole 6000 + on the Society website. As a regular contributor, I hope to write a feature article on your hotel. It could be an interview with you or a senior member of your management team.
You will be the first hotel manager to be included if you make the decision. Otherwise, I know readers will also be very interested in someone else from front of house. There have been articles on chefs de cuisine and there could be another according to your decision.
The magazines are also on the Society website. Your maitre d' with fascinating tales to tell will enjoy a vast audience.
